Catch22 have over 100 locations throughout the UK and each project varies in terms of clientele and operational objectives. In 2015, internal management reviewed their present training provisions and identified that this was managed locally and the standards of provision varied.
Catch22 needed to centralise control and reporting of training provision – in particular they needed real-time feedback and confirmation of compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
The service provision needed to be local, but able to be delivered nationally. They required access to training throughout the UK both at their premises and at the premises of their training provider.
Catch22 have worked with Green Cross Training since 2015, having started the relationship with a very successful training programmes held at one of their sites. We discussed schemes, which could be provided locally to different sites, on a national scale.
Green Cross Training provided access to our GEMS system which gives our clients front end access to our own training management system. This gave the health and safety team the power to manage training requirements centrally, including a complete suite of reports providing live information on compliance throughout the Catch22 family of sites.
Catch22 now have management information reports and complete analyses for this entire business responsibility throughout the UK. This enables Catch22 to ensure they have compliance throughout the business estate and identify areas for improvement.
By having access to Jacqueline Mahoney as their account manager here at Green Cross Training, Catch22 now have one central point of contact for training, in addition to the reports and functionality provided by our GEMS platform.
Catch22 have achieved cost savings through improved efficiency, and ensuring that they are receiving the right training, which is deployed appropriately throughout the UK.
