This will focus on mental health awareness and legislation, figures, and the Thriving to Work report which lays out core points for making a business an atmosphere for positive working. To change a culture surrounding mental health we believe it has to start at the senior level of a business.
GCT bespoke 1/2 day 1 day course Line/Shift/ Dept managers session
This will provide an overview of mental health, how stress affects people in work and how as a manager you can assist and support someone. Depending on the time length case studies can be included.
GCT Bespoke Awareness session
For all, talking about mental health and how to start a conversation. We can develop this session to include specific subjects and can be long and as detailed as you need, ranging from "toolbox talk" sessions of 30 mins to business awareness days with multiple back to back sessions.
