Course Overview

The TQUK or Highfield  Level 2 Award in Food Safety (RQF) provides learners with the opportunity to develop skills, knowledge and understanding of the importance of good personal and workplace hygiene. It allows learners to take responsibility for food safety in a work environment. They will also understand how to keep food safe from contamination.

This course can be run for Retail, Manufacturing and Catering

  • Understand how individuals can take personal responsibility for food safety.
  • Understand the importance of keeping himself/herself clean and hygienic
  • Understand how the working areas are kept clean and hygienic
  • Understand the importance of keeping products safe

Qualification: Regulated 3 year TQUK Level 2 Award in Food safety (RQF)  Highfield level 2 also available
